All items purchased online (excepting pierced earrings) can be
returned for a full refund within 14 days, provided they are returned
unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. We cannot refund any
custom made jewellery.

For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless there is a clear manufacturing fault.
