We are a proud member of the local community and like to support causes that are near and dear to our hearts. One of our biggest passions is animals and protecting them from harm.

Rob, Tracy and Anastasia are all committed to their pets, including our shop dog Candy the Staffordshire Bull Terrier and Tracy's rescue dog Duke, who is always found taking naps on the job!

About New Hope

New Hope started as a rescue for animals that were on death row or those in danger due to medical or behavioural issues. Over time, they found themselves being called upon to take in many types of animals including rabbits, pigs and goats. New Hope Animal Rescue is a volunteer-based animal rescue charity.

As a team, we have pitched in to volunteer at New Hope on numerous occasions. It really relies on the kind donations of people from the local area who want to see animals protected and given a second chance.

The New Hope Trillion Tourmaline Ring

We love New Hope Animal Rescue and want to give back in any way we can. That is why we have dedicated our Tourmaline Trillion rings to this great cause. Every time you purchase a ring from this collection, we will donate 200 pounds directly to the organisation.

When Rob was designing these rings, he imagined the trillion-cut, triangular shaped tourmaline gemstone as a dog's paw — the idea that sparked the collaboration. Every ring is engraved on its interior surface with the initials 'NH' as a symbol of the partnership.

Exquisite Service Guaranteed

Robert did a magnificent job in repairing and resizing my wedding band and engagement ring which had been tucked away in a drawer for years as I wasn't sure to whose hands I could trust them. I definitely found the right man for the job and I am so pleased with my rings that are like I first wore them 20 years ago. It wasn't an easy repair as platinum can be temperamental but he addressed the repair with great skill and professionalism. I can thoroughly recommend Robert to handle your beloved jewellery.

I had such a great experience with Robert. I came to him with one of my mum's favourite rings, which was broken in two places and missing a stone; I did not think it could be fixed, especially as it was quite an unusually constructed and delicate ring. After discussing with Robert, he advised that he could do it. The result was just astonishing, it looked brand new! My mum was so happy to be able to wear her ring again, we are so happy with Roberts work. He was professional, the time estimate on completing the work was accurate, the work was impeccable; cannot recommend him enough. Thank you so much!

I had an excellent experience with Robert Bicknell Fine Jewellery. Robert enlarged my late grandfather’s dress ring, and the result was amazing. The craftsmanship was flawless — the ring looked fantastic while still preserving all its original character and sentimental value. He also renewed the clasps on two of my gold necklaces and, along with other items I’d left with him, gave them all a thorough clean, bringing back their shine. Had a custom initial chain designed and made by Rob and was absolutely thrilled with the end product. Customer service was amazing and Rob was super accommodating and friendly.
