Our expert jewellery technician guides you through every step. The whole process takes around 15 minutes per bracelet.

Robert did a magnificent job in repairing and resizing my wedding band and engagement ring which had been tucked away in a drawer for years as I wasn't sure to whose hands I could trust them. I came to him with one of my mum's favourite rings, which was broken in two places and missing a stone; I did not think it could be fixed, especially as it was quite an unusually constructed and delicate ring. After discussing with Robert, he advised that he could do it. The result was just astonishing, it looked brand new! The craftsmanship was flawless — the ring looked fantastic while still preserving all its original character and sentimental value.
